The great thing about the alpina Smart home scale is that you can keep track of your progress in the alpina Smart home app. Simply download the app for Android devices from the Google Play Store and for Apple smartphones from the App Store. Then log in or create a new account. In the app, you can easily add the scale by pressing the '+' icon. The scale connects to your wifi router, which means you do not need an additional hub. You can also confirm your wifi network and password in the alpina Smart home app. Once the app is fully installed and connected to the smart scale, you can add up to 8 users to the same account. This way, everyone in the family can keep track of their progress and motivate each other to reach their goals for fitness and weight loss.
Full body analysis and progress reporting
The alpina Smart home smart personal scale performs a full body analysis. This way, the scale does not only look at body weight and fat percentage, but also at your BMR, the weight of your bones, muscle mass and water weight. This makes getting fit or weight loss a lot more fun and insightful. For example, you may not have reached your weight goal within a set time, but you can see a drastic drop in fat percentage or an increase in muscle mass. In addition, the alpina Smart home app provides you with a progress report to keep track of your fitness journey and weight loss goals.
Up to 180 KG and different units
The smart digital scale measures in increments of 100 grams and works in units of kilograms (KG), pounds (LB) or stones (ST). It can weigh people weighing up to 180 kilograms. If the battery is weak, you can see this on the LCD display ('Lo'). The necessary batteries (3x AAA) are not included. To save energy, the device automatically switches off after 10 seconds if no one is standing on it any more. For a good measuring result, put the device on a flat, hard surface and step with bare, dry feet onto the black surface of glass and steel.
